Story

Isuria had become a quiet and peaceful land since the Great Wars 20 years ago. Under the leadership of King Gribor Frostgaze, the old times were quickly forgotten, for the war had brought great suffering to the people and destruction to the land.

Together with a pair of heroes, the King was able to win the final battle against Matrius. But since those days, the heroes have been considered missing. No one can say exactly what happened on that day when they closed the gate to his temple forever. No one has seen them ever since. Nowadays, they are nothing more than a great legend among the people, and their return is no longer believed in.

But now, a new war seems to be imminent; for some inexplicable reason, the seals of the temple gates are slowly losing their magical effect, and more and more monsters are pouring out of the temple. Tension among the population is rising, fears of a new war are growing, and a new hero is needed ...

Heroes

Lead one of the four heroes into a new adventure.

• Warrior - The Warrior is the perfect melee fighter. Protected by his large shield, he also deals out a significant amount of damage with a sword or mace. This class is particularly known for its high endurance and toughness, which is why they can always be found at the very front line in battle. Honor and discipline are his most sacred values for surviving combat unscathed. This always earns him high prestige among the people.
• Hunter - He hails from the local forests of the land and is always striving to refine his art with the bow or the rifle. His drive for perfection can sometimes be quite bothersome, but his attacks are usually fatal to his enemies. For the Hunter is capable of dealing death even over the greatest distances. Long-range attacks are his specialty.
• Mage - The Mage's mind is razor-sharp and deadly. She needs neither a sword nor a bow to destroy numerous monsters. A snap of her fingers is enough to ignite massive storms and blazing fires, bringing doom upon her enemies. Her iron will and the concentration applied to her numerous studies have granted her vast knowledge. Yet, she always fights on the side of good.
• Assassin - The Assassin is insidious and stealthy. She always strives to attack and assassinate her enemies from ambush with her daggers. She is very familiar with the use of poisons and employs them for her attacks. Should she nevertheless find herself in a hopeless situation, she has several tricks in her repertoire to successfully escape even from such predicaments.
